When you use Apple Pay on iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase you made through Safari on Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can turn off the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone's settings. Go to Wallet & Apple Pay and turn off Allow Payments on Mac.

This transaction number does not contain any information about the actual payment data of your payment method stored with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a one-time numerical token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts only as an intermediary to process the payment process. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by charging the payment method stored with Google Pay.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

8) Online Marketing

8.1 Facebook Pixel for the creation of custom audiences (with Cookie Consent Tool) Within our online offering, the so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook is used, which is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").

If a user clicks on an ad placed by us that is displayed on Facebook, an extension is added to the URL of our linked page using Facebook Pixel. If our page allows data to be shared with Facebook via Pixel, this URL parameter is written into the user's browser using a cookie that our linked page itself sets. This cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data to be forwarded to Facebook.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors to our online offering as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to only display the Facebook ads placed by us to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined based on the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interests of users and do not appear annoying. In this way, we can further evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook advertisement (so-called "conversion").

The data collected is anonymous to us and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook.

The data processing associated with the use of the Facebook pixel is carried out exclusively with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

Instead, the local storage of your browser is used to store an individual ID assigned by Google, which enables an analysis of your use of the website. For this purpose, certain user information is processed via the ID.
The ID is set when a user clicks on an Ads ad placed by Google. If the user visits certain pages of this website, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information collected in this way is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transferred to Google LLC servers in the USA.
Details on the processing initiated by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and how Google handles data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
If the information collected is personal, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the success of our advertising campaigns.

- Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").

GMP uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. GMP can also use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later visits the advertiser's website using the same browser and purchases something through that website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected through the use of this tool by Google and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge as follows: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and save your IP address. When using GMP, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
The privacy policy of GMP by Google can be found here: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

9) Web analytics services

9.1 Google Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google (Universal) Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your shortened IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to Google LLC servers in the USA.

This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures that the IP address is anonymized by shortening it and excludes direct personal reference. This extension means that your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google LLC server in the USA and shortened there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google (Universal) Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Google Analytics also uses a special function called "demographic features" to compile statistics with statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors based on an evaluation of interest-based advertising and with the use of third-party information. This allows the definition and differentiation of user groups of the website for the purpose of targeting marketing measures that are optimized for specific groups. However, data records collected via the "demographic characteristics" cannot be assigned to a specific person.
Details on the processing initiated by Google Analytics and how Google handles data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All processing described above, in particular the setting of Google Analytics cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. Without this consent, Google Analytics will not be used during your visit to the website.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
The “Google Signals” service can also be used on this website as an extension of Google Analytics. Google Signals can be used to create cross-device reports by Google (so-called “cross device tracking”). If you have activated “personalized ads” in your Google account settings and you have linked your internet-enabled devices to your Google account, Google can analyze user behavior across devices and create database models based on this if you have given your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (see above). This takes into account the registrations and device types of all site visitors who were logged into a Google account and made a conversion. The data shows, among other things, on which device you clicked on an ad for the first time and on which device the associated conversion took place. If Google Signals is used, we do not receive any personal data from Google, but only statistics created on the basis of Google Signals. You have the option of

As an extension of Google Analytics, the “UserIDs” function can also be used on this website. By assigning individual UserIDs, we can have Google create cross-device reports (so-called “cross-device tracking”). This means that if you give your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR, your usage behavior can also be analyzed across devices if you have set up a personal account by registering on this website and are logged into your personal account on various devices using your relevant login data. The data collected in this way shows, among other things, on which device you clicked on an ad for the first time and on which device the corresponding conversion took place.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics, which obliges Google to protect the data of our website visitors and not to pass it on to third parties.
For the transfer of data from the EU to the USA, Google relies on so-called standard data protection clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European data protection level in the USA.
Further information on Google (Universal) Analytics can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de

9.2 Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which can be used to analyze the use of websites.

When using Google Analytics 4, so-called "cookies" are used as standard. Cookies are text files that are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of a website. The information collected through cookies about your use of the website (including the IP address transmitted by your device, shortened to the last digits, see below) is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored and processed there. This may also involve the transmission of information to the servers of the company Google LLC based in the USA and further processing of the information there.
When using Google Analytics 4, the IP address transmitted by your device when you use the website is automatically and always collected and processed anonymously, so that the information collected cannot be directly linked to a person. This automatic anonymization takes place by Google truncating the IP address transmitted by your device within member states of the European Union (EU) or other contracting states to the Agreement on the European

Economic Area (EEA) is being cut to its last digits.
On our behalf, Google uses this and other information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on your website activities or usage behavior, and to provide us with other services related to your website usage and internet usage. The IP address transmitted and shortened by your device as part of Google Analytics 4 will not be merged with other Google data. The data collected as part of the use of Google Analytics 4 will be stored for 2 months and then deleted.
Google Analytics 4 also uses a special function called "demographic features" to create statistics with information about the age, gender and interests of website users based on an evaluation of interest-based advertising and with the use of third-party information. This makes it possible to determine and differentiate user groups of the website for the purpose of targeting marketing measures that are optimized for specific groups. However, data collected via "demographic features" cannot be assigned to a specific person and therefore cannot be assigned to you personally. This data collected via the "demographic features" function is stored for two months and then deleted.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of Google Analytics cookies for the storage and reading of information on the device you use to use the website, only takes place if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used while you are using the website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
As an extension of Google Analytics 4, the Google Signals service can also be used on this website. With Google Signals, we can have Google create cross-device reports (so-called “cross device tracking”). If you have activated “personalized ads” in your Google account settings and have linked your internet-enabled devices to your Google account, Google can analyze usage behavior across devices if you give your consent to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR and create database models based on this. This takes into account the registrations and device types of all website users who were logged into a Google account and made a conversion. The data shows, among other things, on which device you clicked on an ad for the first time and on which device the conversion took place. If Google Signals are used, we do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics created on the basis of Google Signals. You have the option of deactivating the "personalized ads" function in the settings of your Google account and thus turning off cross-device analysis in connection with Google Signals. To do so, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de

As an extension of Google Analytics, the “UserIDs” function can also be used on this website. By assigning individual UserIDs, we can have Google create cross-device reports (so-called “cross-device tracking”). This means that if you give your consent to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Art.

We have concluded a so-called order processing agreement with Google for our use of Google Analytics 4, through which Google is obliged to protect the data of our website users and not to pass it on to third parties.
To ensure compliance with European data protection standards, including when data is transferred from the EU or EEA to the USA and when it is further processed there, Google relies on the so-called standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which we have contractually agreed with Google.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4, including a copy of the standard contractual clauses mentioned, can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”). For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Further data processing only takes place if you have agreed to Google linking your internet and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads that you view on the web. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. Pinterest retargeting pixel
A pixel (Pinterest tag) from Pinterest Europe Ltd. (Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Pinterest") is integrated into this website. The pixel can be used to collect, store and evaluate information about the surfing behavior of website visitors in pseudonymized form. The information can be assigned to the user's person with the help of other information that Pinterest has stored about the user, e.g. due to the ownership of an account on the social network "Pinterest". Pinterest uses an algorithm to analyze surfing behavior and can then display targeted product recommendations as personalized advertising banners on the user's Pinterest account. Pinterest can also combine the information collected via the pixel with other information that Pinterest has collected about other websites and/or in connection with the use of the social network "Pinterest" and thus create pseudonymized user profiles. Under no circumstances can the information collected be used to personally identify visitors to this website.

Pinterest Tag Conversion Tracking
This website uses the conversion tracking technology “Pinterest Tag” from Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Pinterest”). If you have accessed our website from a pin on Pinterest, we will place a cookie on your computer that is linked to a “tag” that is also implemented in

In the form of a JavaScript code from Pinterest, cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. These cookies expire after 180 days and are not used for personal identification.
If the user is redirected from a pin on Pinterest to pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, the tag records certain user actions predefined by us and can track them (e.g. completed transactions, leads, search queries on the website, visits to product pages). When such an action is carried out, your browser sends an HTTP request from the cookie to the Pinterest server via the Pinterest tag, with which certain information about the action (including type of action, time, browser type of the end device) is transmitted.

Through this transmission, Pinterest can create statistics about the usage behavior on our website after forwarding from a Pinterest pin, which we use to optimize our offering.
However, we do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

TikTok Pixel
This website uses the “TikTok Pixel”, a tracking technology of the social network “TikTok” of TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland (“TikTok”).

Cookies (small text files stored on the device used) are used to collect information about surfing behavior on our website in pseudonymized form, transmit it to TikTok, store it there and evaluate it in order to then enable interest-based and personalized product recommendations to be displayed on TikTok. The information collected and processed pseudonymously in this way generally includes the device ID, device type, time stamp, operating system used and IP address. The information can be assigned to the user's person with the help of other information that TikTok has stored about the user, e.g. due to the user's ownership of an account on the social network "TikTok". TikTok can also combine the information collected via the pixel with other information that TikTok has collected via other websites and/or in connection with the use of the social network "TikTok" and thus create pseudonymized user profiles. Under no circumstances can the information collected be used to personally identify visitors to this website.
The TikTok pixel also enables us to track the effectiveness of advertisements on TikTok. If the user is redirected from an ad on TikTok to pages on this website and the cookies have not yet expired, the pixel records

certain user actions predefined by us and can track them (e.g. completed transactions, leads, search queries on the website, visits to product pages). When such an action is carried out, your browser sends an HTTP request from the cookie to the TikTok server via the TikTok pixel, with which certain information about the action is transmitted. Through this transmission, TikTok can create statistics about the usage behavior on our website after redirection from a TikTok ad, which we use to optimize our offer.

All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with TikTok for the use of the TikTok Pixel, which obliges TikTok to protect the data of our site visitors and not to pass it on to third parties. TikTok generally transmits collected information outside the European Economic Area and relies on so-called standard data protection clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European data protection level.

Twitter Conversion Tracking
This website uses the conversion tracking technology of Twitter International Company, One Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, D02 AX07 Ireland (“Twitter”). If you have reached our website from a tweet or an advertisement on Twitter, we will place a cookie on your computer that interacts with a “tag” in the form of a JavaScript code from Twitter. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. If the user is redirected from Twitter to pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, the tag records certain user actions predefined by us and can track these (e.g. completed transactions, leads, search queries on the website, visits to product pages). When such an action is carried out, your browser sends an HTTP request from the cookie to the Twitter server via the “tag”, with which certain information about the action (including type of action, time, browser type of the device) is transmitted.
Through this transmission, Twitter can compile statistics on the usage behavior on our website after forwarding, which we use to optimize our offering.
However, we do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the settings provided on the website.

11) Page functionalities

11.1 Use of YouTube videos
This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider “Youtube”, which belongs to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only starts saving user information when the video(s) is played. If embedded YouTube videos are started, the provider "Youtube" uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to information from "Youtube", these are used, among other things, to record video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive behavior. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account when you click on a video. If you do not want to be assigned to your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact YouTube to exercise this right. When using YouTube, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
Regardless of whether the embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network is established each time this website is accessed, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.
All processing described above, in particular the reading of information on the device used via the tracking pixel, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. Without this consent, YouTube videos will not be used during your visit to the site.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website via alternative options communicated to you on the website.
Further information on data protection at “Youtube” can be found in the YouTube terms of use at https://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms and in Google’s privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

Personal responsibility on the Internet and the avoidance of abuse and spam.
Google uses "Google Fonts", i.e. fonts downloaded from the Internet by Google, to visually design the Captcha window. No further information other than that mentioned above, which is already transmitted to Google via the ReCaptcha functionality, is processed here.

When using Google reCAPTCHA, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC in the USA. Further information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ For the transmission of data from the EU to the USA, Google relies on so-called standard data protection clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European data protection level in the USA.

12) Tools and Others

Cookie Consent Tool

This website uses a so-called "cookie consent tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to users when they visit the page in the form of an interactive user interface on which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking boxes. By using the tool, all cookies/services that require consent are only loaded if the respective user gives their consent by ticking the corresponding box. This ensures that such cookies are only placed on the user's respective device if consent has been given.

The tool uses technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed.
If, in individual cases, personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning or logging cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in a legally compliant design of our website.

A further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c of GDPR. As the responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Further information about the operator and the setting options of the cookie consent tool can be found directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.

IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA BASED ON OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST AS PART OF A BALANCE OF INTERESTS, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE.

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA IN QUESTION. HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE PROCESSING IF WE CAN PROVE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ASSERT, EXERCISE OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS.

IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING. YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR OBJECTION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES.

When processing personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, these data will be stored until the data subject exercises his or her right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

When processing personal data for the purpose of direct advertising on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, these data will be stored until the data subject exercises his or her right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 (2) GDPR.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this declaration on specific processing situations, stored personal data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
